If your idea of a perfect day out involves wagging tails, muddy paws, and plenty of treats (for both you and your dog), then 2026 is shaping up to be an incredible year for dog events across the UK.
From action-packed festivals to relaxed countryside shows, there are plenty of opportunities to socialise your pup, learn something new, and of course discover some seriously stylish accessories along the way.
Here’s your go-to guide to the best dog events in 2026, including where you can shop Wyld Cub in person (even when we’re not there ourselves 👀).
🐾 Why Dog Events Are Worth the Trip
Dog shows and festivals aren’t just a fun day out- they’re a fantastic way to:
- Socialise your dog in a safe, stimulating environment
- Discover new training tips and expert advice
- Try out activities like agility, flyball, and scent work
- Meet like-minded dog lovers
- Shop unique, high-quality dog accessories you won’t find on the high street
And trust us- your dog will sleep very well afterwards.
🎪 Goodwoof 2026 (Our Highlight of the Year!)
📍 16th–17th May 2026
We’re so excited to be attending Goodwoof again this year- it’s genuinely one of our favourite events in the calendar.

Unlike your typical dog show, Goodwoof is a fully immersive experience designed entirely around celebrating our four-legged companions.
What makes Goodwoof special?
- Over 50 activities included in your ticket
- “Have-a-go” zones for agility, flyball, hurdles and more
- Expert trainers on hand to help you and your dog learn new skills
- Join The Ministry of Hound, a high-energy “dog disco” with DJs and professional dancers teaching routines so dogs and humans can dance together
- No need to pre-book activities- just turn up and join in
Whether you pop in for a few hours or make a full day of it, it’s an unforgettable experience.
✨ If you’re planning to visit, make sure to come and see us- we’d love to meet you and your pup in person.
🛍️ Where to Shop Wyld Cub (via Barks & Bubbles)
While we can’t be everywhere at once, the lovely Cindy from Barks & Bubbles will be bringing Wyld Cub to a whole host of events across the UK.

That means you’ll still be able to browse and shop some of your favourite pieces, including:
- Our Belgravia Collection (hello, elevated elegance 👑)

Perfect if you want to see the quality, fit, and style up close before treating your pup.

🐶 Tips for Making the Most of Dog Events
Before you head out, a little preparation goes a long way:
- Bring water and a collapsible bowl
- Pack treats (for training and bribery- no judgement here)
- Use a comfortable, well-fitted harness for busy environments
- Take breaks if your dog gets overwhelmed
- Check the weather and plan accordingly
A well-prepared pup is a happy pup- and that makes for a much better day all round.
🐕 Make It a Day to Remember
Dog events are more than just a day out- they’re a chance to bond, explore, and celebrate everything we love about our dogs.
Whether you’re heading to Goodwoof to try something new or visiting an All About Dogs Show to browse and shop, there’s something for every pup and personality.
And if you do spot Wyld Cub at any of these events (either with us or via Barks & Bubbles), don’t be shy- come and say hello. We always love meeting members of the Wyld Cub community 🐾
