Shipping Time & Cost:

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Monday - Friday before 3pm with 'Next Day Special Delivery' will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation, including your tracking details.

Please allow extra dispatch time during during peak-times such as national holidays and busy sales periods.

*Postal times are a guide as advised by Royal Mail. Please factor in 1-2 working days for us to process and dispatch your order in addition to the transport times above. 

Special Delivery orders will be prioritised for dispatch, orders must be placed before 3pm Mon - Fri for the Next Day service. Orders placed after 3pm will be on the following day's dispatch. Royal Mail Special Delivery services are delivered Mon - Sat and some regions Sundays not including UK Public Bank Holidays. Please allow one extra working day grace period during peak-times such as product launches and sales.

    USA orders are shipped with duties and taxes paid, so there are no additional charges on delivery.

    EUROPE: Royal Mail International Tracked: £9.99 (5-10 days)

    CANADA: Royal Mail International Tracked: £9.99 (5-10 days)

    WORLDWIDE: Royal Mail International Tracked: £9.99 (5-10 days)

    Please note, for large bulk international orders exceeding 2kg a shipping quote will be provided prior to dispatch. 

    Please factor timelines into your schedule before ordering. We work very hard to quickly dispatch orders, but please note that once orders are dispatched from our premises and with delivery partners this is out of our control as a business. 

    International Customs Tax & Fees (excluding USA)

    By placing an order with us, you accept full responsibility for any local import taxes and fees. Please check with your local customs authority regarding import sales taxes and/or local customs duty taxes and fees before placing any orders with us.

    Your local customs authority will likely notify you once your order reaches your country and customs and sales tax may be applied and paid by you before you receive your goods. Any customs delay or charges that may occur is beyond our control.


    Shipping Delays

    We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping or customs. Please consult the tracking information in your dispatch email or contact your country customs authority. 


    Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels

    If your parcel has not arrived on time, please check the tracking link in your dispatch email for updates, as delays may occur. Please note that such delays are out of our control. If you selected Special Delivery Next Day and it has not arrived on the designated day, please get in touch.

    If you believe your parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact us so we can assist you. If your items arrive damaged, please retain all evidence by photographing how the parcel arrived before opening it. Keep all packaging materials, as Royal Mail may require them for inspection.

    If Royal Mail or the courier confirms a parcel as missing and agrees to compensate for the loss, we may be able to resend the item for you. However, if we are unable to assist with your case, you can make a claim directly with Royal Mail. Please retain your proof of postage, as this may be required for any claims.

    If you have chosen to have your parcel left in a Safeplace or with a neighbour, this is done at your own risk. We do not accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen after being delivered to a designated Safeplace or neighbour.
