International Customs Tax & Fees
By placing an order with WYLD CUB™, you accept full responsibility for any local import taxes and fees. Please check with your local customs authority regarding import sales taxes and/or local customs duty taxes and fees before placing any orders with us.
Your local customs authority will likely notify you once your order reaches your country and customs and sales tax may be applied and paid by you before you receive your goods. Any customs delay or charges that may occur is beyond our control.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels
In the event your parcel has not arrived or arrived damaged, you must contact Royal Mail to make a claim. Always retain your proof of postage and for damaged items retain all packaging materials for evidence of the damage in case they require an inspection.
We cannot accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged parcels. Once a parcel is with the delivery carrier it is their responsibility to uphold their service agreement. By purchasing with us you adhere to these conditions.
