We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of placing your order or same day if you request 'Next Day Special Delivery' if placed before 3pm.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with Royal Mail and the tracking information will be available within 48 hours in the email.
We use Royal Mail Tracked® services for all orders. See live tracking information via the Royal Mail link in your dispatch email.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels
In the event your parcel has not arrived or arrived damaged, you must contact Royal Mail to make a claim. Always retain your proof of postage and for damaged items retain all packaging materials for evidence of the damage in case they require an inspection.
We cannot accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged parcels. Once a parcel is with the delivery carrier it is their responsibility to uphold their service agreement. By purchasing with Wyld Cub you agree to these conditions.
